Our products are, of course, vegan, free from palm oil, and developed and produced in Europe.

Rubber Base combines the best of Gel Polish and Builder Gel, as Rubber Base is a thicker Gel Polish used to strengthen your natural nails. It is easily applied with the brush from the bottle and spread on the nail.

It is a huge advantage for your natural nails to use Rubber Base under your Gel Polish (or alone), as you do not need to remove Rubber Base every time you want to create new beautiful nails, but can simply make refills with Rubber Base. This spares your nails from removals and filing.

How to strengthen with Rubber Base – step by step

Strengthening gives your natural nail strength and flexibility – and you can add colour on top if you like.

1. Prep – file length and shape, push back the cuticles, buff the surface lightly, clean with cleaner and apply primer (air-dries in 60 sec.). Watch the prep video guide →
2. Base coat – a very thin layer, seal the free edge, and cure the whole hand in the lamp. Some rubber bases don't need a base coat – check yours.
3. Reinforce with Rubber Base – first brush a very thin slip layer over the whole nail (without curing). Place a small bead in the centre of the nail, push it towards the cuticle and out to the sides, and pull the rest evenly towards the tip – seal the free edge. Turn the nail upside down so the gel forms a natural apex. Flash-cure 10 sec. per nail, and fully cure the whole hand at the end.This product is used in step 3
4. File the shape (if desired) – remove the sticky layer with a wipe and cleaner, file the nail, and wipe it free of dust.
5. Gel Polish colour (optional) – two thin coats on top of the reinforcement, cure between coats.
6. Top coat – seal the free edge, and cure.
7. Nail oil – wash your hands and finish with oil at the cuticles and under the nail.
