DELIVERY POLICY
The Gel Collection strives to deliver the ordered goods within 2-4 business days after receiving your order, unless otherwise agreed during the purchase process.
The Gel Collection uses GLS for delivery. Shipping costs depend on the size of the order and will be displayed during the purchase process, typically ranging from €0 to €4.

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, IDEAL, Bancontact and more depending on your country.
Reservation of Amounts
If you pay with an international card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:
- We charge the amount when we ship the goods, or
- The money is released according to the agreement with your card issuer.
Mastercard: The money will be reserved for up to 30 days or until the payment is processed.
Visa: The money will be reserved for up to 30 days or until the payment is processed.
You can read more about the rules for your specific card with your card issuer.
We do not charge card fees, and the purchase amount will only be charged when the goods are shipped.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Right of Withdrawal
When you shop at The Gel Collection, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal, during which you can notify us of your decision to cancel the purchase and return the item to us. The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the item. If the deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the next business day.
You may only handle the goods to determine their nature, characteristics, and how they function.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us with an unequivocal statement no later than 30 days after receiving the item. You can do this by sending us an email at info@thegelcollection.com or by using the standard withdrawal form found at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
Exceptions
Certain items are not eligible for the right of withdrawal, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken after delivery.
Return and Condition of the Item
We expect you to send the items back as soon as possible after notifying us of your withdrawal. You must send them no later than 14 days after the withdrawal.
When returning, please ensure that the items are properly packed. You are responsible for the item(s) until we receive them, so keep your receipt from the shipping provider and any tracking number.
If the item has lost value due to your handling it beyond what was necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and how it functions, you may only receive a partial refund. The amount of the refund will depend on the item's commercial value, and in some cases, this may mean that only shipping costs can be refunded. Missing original packaging, for example, may constitute a depreciation in value, so to ensure you receive the full refund, it is recommended to return the item in its original packaging.
You are responsible for covering the costs of returning the item when exercising your right of withdrawal.

Note! We do not accept parcels sent by COD or similar, and personal deliveries are not possible.
Proof of Purchase and Return Form
You must include a copy of the order confirmation or other proof of purchase.
Refunds
If you cancel your purchase, you will be refunded your money. If the item has depreciated in value, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), no later than 14 days from the day we received your notification of withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you provide proof of having returned it.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase unless we have agreed otherwise.
NOTE:
You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part, if the value of the item is reduced because
- you have actually used the item,
- it was damaged while you were responsible for it,
- you handled the item in a way that was unnecessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and how it functions, or
- you did not comply with the restrictions on the right of withdrawal due to sealing, item type, etc.
Complaints (if there is something wrong with the item)
Your purchase is covered by the Sale of Goods Act, including the defect rules. This means that you can either have a defective item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the situation. You have a 24-month warranty under the law.
It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise due to incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior.
You must contact us within a "reasonable time"
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect in the item. We recommend that you complain as soon as possible, and if you do so within 2 months after the defect was discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your reasonable shipping costs for returning the item to us.
Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging, and you should get a receipt for shipping. You are responsible for the package/items until we receive them. Therefore, keep the postal receipt, including information on shipping costs and any tracking number.
