    DELIVERY POLICY endeavors to deliver the ordered goods within 1-3 working days after we have received your order, unless otherwise agreed in the purchase process. uses GLS for delivery of your order. The shipping cost depends on the size of the individual order and appears in the purchase process, but is between DKK 0 and 29.



    You can pay with MobilePay, Dankort, Visa, Mastercard and Anyday.

    Reservation of amount
    If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:

    1. We deduct the amount when we send the item, or
    2. when the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.

    Mastercard: The money will be reserved for up to 30 days or until the payment is withdrawn.
    Visa: The money will be reserved for up to 30 days or until the payment is withdrawn.

    We do not charge card fees and the purchase amount is only debited from your card when the item is dispatched.

    With Anyday, you can split your payment into 4. You pay 25% when the item is delivered, and the remaining amount is paid over the following 3 months.     Right of withdrawal

    When you shop at, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal, during which you can inform us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following weekday.

    After receipt, you may only handle the goods in a way that allows you to determine the nature, properties and way in which they function.

    In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of this by means of an unequivocal statement no later than 30 days after receiving the goods. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you can use our contact form, which can be filled out at If this form is used, you do not need to inform us of your regret in any other way. You can also cancel by sending us an email or use the standard cancellation form which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.

    On some goods there is no right of withdrawal or you may lose your right of withdrawal. The following goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal: Sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return when the seal has been broken after delivery.

    Return and condition of the item
    We expect you to send the goods as soon as possible after you have given notice of cancellation, and you must send them back no later than 14 days after you have canceled.

    When returning, you should ensure that the goods are securely wrapped. You are responsible for the package/goods yourself until we receive them. Therefore, keep the receipt from the freight forwarder as well as any track and trace number.

    If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get back any shipping costs. Missing original packaging can, for example, constitute a reduction in value, so to be sure of being able to receive all the money back, it is recommended that the item is returned in original packaging.

    You must pay the costs yourself when returning the item when you regret it.

    Documentation for your purchase and return form
    You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation for your purchase.

    If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.

    We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.

    We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.
    We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

    You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the value of the goods has deteriorated because

    • you have actually used the product,
    • it has been damaged while you were in charge of it,
    • you have handled the goods in a way other than what was necessary for you to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods
    • you have not followed the restrictions in the right of withdrawal that result from sealing, product type, etc

    Complaints (if there is something wrong with the product)
    Your purchase of covered by the Sales Act, including the defect rules. This means that you can either get a defective item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount, depending on the specific situation. According to the law, you have 24 months' right of complaint.

    It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.

    You must contact us within a "reasonable time"
    You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the lack of the item. We recommend that you make a complaint as soon as possible, but if you make a complaint within 2 months after the error was discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

    If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your reasonable shipping costs by sending the item back to us.

    Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and receive a receipt for dispatch. You are responsible for the package/goods yourself until we receive them. Therefore, save the postal receipt incl. information on shipping costs and any track and trace number.
