Returns

When shopping at The Gel Collection, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us an email at info@thegelcollection.com with your order details, and we will guide you through the return process.

Returned items must not have been used or otherwise diminished in value. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it, and you will be refunded the applicable amount within 14 days, provided the items are intact.

If you received a volume discount and then return part of the order, causing you to no longer meet the conditions for the discount, the value of the discount will no longer apply.
