Returns

When you shop at Neglefeber.dk, you have a 30-day right of cancellation. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can create a return label via our return portal here and follow the instructions. Returns cost DKK 29.95 and can be paid by card via the link.

Returned goods must not have been used or otherwise lost their value. When we receive the goods, we check them and you will be refunded the applicable amount within 14 days if the goods are intact.

If you have obtained a volume discount and subsequently regret part of the purchase and no longer meet the condition for obtaining the volume discount, you will no longer be entitled to the value of the discount.
