Send the package back

Print the label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at the nearest DHL Service Point.

03 — Receive

Refund to your card

Once we've received and approved your return, we refund the amount to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Common questions.

How long do I have to send the package back?

You have 30 days right of withdrawal from the delivery date. Once you've created your return via our portal, the package itself must be sent within 14 days.

What if I've opened or used the product?

You can still return it — but if the item has lost value (opened, used, or missing original packaging), you may only receive a partial refund. To receive the full amount, we recommend returning the item unused and in its original packaging.

Who's responsible for the parcel during shipping?

You are responsible for the package until we receive it. Pack the items securely and keep the receipt from the drop-off point — it's your proof of submission.

What happens to my volume discount if I return part of the order?

If your return brings you below the threshold for the volume discount, you lose the right to the discount. The amount is adjusted at refund.

How quickly will I receive my refund?

We refund the amount within 3–5 business days after we've received and approved your return. The money is returned to your original payment method.

Can I exchange instead of getting a refund?

Yes — our return portal lets you choose between return and exchange when you submit your request.

What if I have a defective item or claim?

Write to us via the 'Contact customer service' button at the bottom of the page — we handle claims faster manually and find the right solution together with you.
