    Personal data
    In order to be able to shop at, you must provide at least:

    • Address
    • Email address
    • Telephone/mobile number

    We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.

    The personal information is registered with Caprock ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

    We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

    We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

    In order to be able to complain, the product or service that you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. It costs a fee to have the complaint processed.

    When you shop at an e-mark webshop, you can have your case processed by the e-mark for free - regardless of the size of the amount. Read more here .

    Choice of law and venue
    Purchase of goods on is subject to Danish law. Any dispute is settled by the ordinary Danish courts.

    Access to data as well as changing, updating or removing data
    As a customer, you have the right to access your collected data categories (articles 15, 16 and 17) and you can object to the registration according to the relevant rules of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Upon relevant request, we will update, change or remove personal data that we control, subject to violation of legislation.

    We may refuse requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionately large technical intervention (eg new system development or significant change to existing processes) or affect other individuals' personal data.
