This ceramic bit from The Gel Collection is made of the highest quality to ensure easy and precise filing. The ceramic material distributes heat extremely well, ensuring safe work without unwanted heat development on the nails.

The special feature of this bit from The Gel Collection is that it is developed with a Two Way technology. This means that it can be filed both clockwise and counterclockwise. It is therefore perfect for both right- and left-handed users as well as home users working on themselves.

Cuticle Bit is ideal for removing cuticles with speed and precision. The small and pointed shape makes it possible to target the filing to the areas that need it, ensuring effective filing while minimizing the risk of filing into living tissue. This makes cuticle bits an effective and gentle method for preparing the natural nail for any gel product.

How to use bits – step by step

These steps are prep and maintenance with an electric file – this is where your bits do the work.

File length and shape – manually or with a sanding band.
Remove cuticles – cuticle bit: low speed, light pressure, keep the file moving.Bits are used in steps 2, 3 and 6 – pick the bit for the job
Roughen the surface – fine/ceramic bit or buffer, light hand. Do not file off the nail layers.
Clean with cleaner – until the nail is matt and dry.
Apply primer – air-dries in 60 sec.
Removal and refill – reduce old product with a coarse bit (carbide/volcano) before soaking off or building up again.
